Mega Ran is one of the largest up and coming nerdcore hip hop / musical acts in the world today. Not only has he played massive video game/anime/comic-con conventions, but he has extensively toured internationally, plus has released multiple albums with very strong hits.
Mega Ran’s music and story have been shared on stages across the world, on television (ABC/NBC News, ESPN, Portlandia, Tosh.O, WWE Wrestling) and on Billboard, where four of his albums have placed on the Top 200 list. His musical resume boasts collaborations with legends like Del The Funky Homosapien, MURS, Kool Keith, and Young RJ of the group Slum Village.
On top of that he has had songs featuring in movies like hit song "Tractor Beam" in the movie Clerks 3, as well as songs on video games like "It's A Pizza Party for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder's Revenge and "Mighty" for Mighty No. 9! Hailing from the cow-town village of Akron NY, Emcee M.D. Is a Nintnedo Powerglove wearing rapper that takes the roots of hip hops truest form, and bends it to his will. A ronin by definition, EMCEE M.D.'s style is eclectic and versatile, and ALWAYS makes it a party.
At this particular show will be EMCEE M.D.'s record release for his album e=mcMD in which he will be going all out. The record will be available on Thumb Drive, as well as other musical devices.
Old school hip hop at its core, he has been able to dominate stages with any circle of hip hop, whether it be nerdcore, underground, boom bap, hard styled, and even multi genre bands. The music itself, a free formed calamity of catchy choruses and musical hooks, meets “booty shakin'” dance grooves, and is unique in it's own right; incorporating elements not just of hip hops subgenres, but also sometimes funk, punk rock, old style fast techno industrial, and even hardcore/metalcore. On top of that, he is also the only “nerdcore” act anywhere in the world that runs a video game/board game company (called Ichiban Games), who is also a board game/video game developer.
Songs are mix of talking about video games, superheores, the music industry, and slices of life in their wonderful and cruelest forms. Corresponding with the hip hop samurai's music, comes a stage show with a commanding presence.
When you come to an Emcee M.D. show, you will see nothing but 110% exerted energy. No standing still, just a constant melee of unbridled strength, in your face sing-a-longs, and fun interactive props to give the shock and awe leaving you saying “THIS is show!”. Prepare to grab a dinosaur hat and “raptor mosh”, or booty shake with a Space Invader, because the party is going down!
With achievements of conquering stages with multiple tours from the east coast to the west under his belt, EMCEE M.D. Has played with big names such as Inspectah Deck of Wu-Tang Clan, Ras Kass, Planet Asia, Gym Class Heroes, Shafer the Darklord and multiple others, plus festivals and massive conventions such as MAG-Fest. Crossing many genres, Emcee M.D carries a strong stature on his chest, including winning multiple awards from the WNY People's Choice awards as Buffalo's “Best in Hip Hop / Band”, and “Best Stage Presence”. EMCEE M.D. is no stranger to igniting stages and microphones as he had played since 1998 when he performed in the band “BOSS TRIBAL” that had played Warped Tour, and massive amounts of national bands. Dan Behrens well more know as the axe shredding Danimal Cannon is a master of all things guitar and glitch. With his awesome knowledge of sound, and all things electronic he wields the all powerful Original Game Boy hand held video game system, as well as his mighty guitars, as well as a visual backdrop of amazment, he's ready to rock.
With multiple albums under his belt, and massive conventions he has performed (MAG Fest, PAX, and more), Dan is ready to rip roar once again. Dan has also been in multiple video games especially ones like Mighty No. 9 and more! Dan also has been the lead guitar for the acts Metroid Metal, Bit Brigade, Armcannon, and more.
WORM QUARTET

Whimsical and chaotic at the same time, Worm Quartet is a fun and hilarious musical masterpiece guided by hand of Tim Crist aka "Shoebox", who is both a mastermind, and possibly a few gears rotating in directions they shouldn't. Armed with his Key-tar and backing tracks, he sings his wonderous songs about slices of life and distorting them into questionable and/or weird ways. You will find yourself singing along as Showbox yells about all things like Metrics, Vampire Penguins, Using audience members as a mic stand, and other worldly weirdness.
Worm Quartet has collaborated on songs with artists such as MC Lars, as well as performing and being in good company with people like Dr. Demento. He also is a high person helping in the Funny Music Underground Project (FUMP), which showcases many comedy styled musical acts. Shoebox himself also has had a special air on him on the VH1 show all about people collecting things, which he is a connoisseur of Pac-Man collecting.
